Error Codes

Below are the list of Rates error codes. You can use the 'Code' column and customize based on your platform.

POST	/v1/rates/couriers	40001002	Get pricing failed caused by missing parameter(s). Please contact [email protected] for this problem.
POST	/v1/rates/couriers	40001007	J&T Cargo requires a declared item value (items[].value) for its mandatory insurance.
POST	/v1/rates/couriers	40001010	No courier available for requested location. Please activate other courier option to receive other pricing rate.

tip

40001007 is only returned when jntcargo is the only courier you requested and no item value was declared. If you requested other couriers alongside it, the request succeeds and jntcargo is simply omitted from the results — see J&T Cargo mandatory insurance.
