Integration Process

  1. See our Project Timeline for an overview of the integration process.
  2. Sign up for a Biteship account at our registration page.
  3. Complete your profile in the account settings.
  4. Familiarize yourself with our API Documentation.
  5. Choose your preferred payment method:
    • Prepaid - Top Up Bitepoints: Add funds to your wallet for daily transactions.
    • Postpaid - Monthly Invoicing: For monthly billing, complete and sign the Monthly Payment Activation form. You'll need to provide:
      • Company Tax ID (NPWP)
      • Business License (SIUP) or Business Identification Number (NIB)
      • Company Deed
  6. Ensure you've followed all steps in the Developer Manual before proceeding.

Post-Integration Support

After successfully integrating our API into your platform:

  1. Operational Support

    • Biteship provides dedicated communication channels (WhatsApp or Slack) for operational support.
    • Our support team is available Monday to Sunday, 09:00 - 18:00 local time.
    • For urgent matters outside these hours, we'll do our best to respond, though response times may be slower.

    • Details regarding lost or damaged goods, compensation, and other operational matters are outlined in our Cooperation Agreement (PKS).
