Plans & limits
Biteship subscriptions are account-level. Your API key authenticates requests; your plan decides monthly quotas and which features you can call.
Manage your plan in the Biteship Dashboard. Quotas reset each usage period (typically monthly).
Limits below apply to production (live) API keys. Sandbox / testing keys are not counted against these quotas.

When Rates, Tracking, or Maps quota is exhausted, Biteship charges overage from your wallet (Bitepoints) per extra request. Orders and returns have no overage — the request is rejected until the next period or you upgrade.

Calling a gated feature returns HTTP 422 with code 42200002 and a required_tier hint.
