Scale adds higher-volume capacity and advanced capabilities such as instant/same-day checkout, custom couriers, and tracking and return pages customized to your brand.

Yes. One Biteship subscription covers the capabilities available across channels, including Dashboard, Shopify, WooCommerce, and API. The features and capacity available to you depend on your selected Biteship plan.
Consider upgrading when your shipment volume, active couriers, origin locations, or team members are approaching your current plan's limits, or when you need capabilities only available on a higher plan.
Yes. You can change your plan at any time via the Billing menu in the Biteship Dashboard to fit your business's operational needs.
Each plan has different usage limits, such as shipment count, active couriers, origin locations, team members, and API quota. If your business needs start approaching or exceeding your current plan's capacity, you can upgrade to a plan with more capacity. For API usage beyond the quota included in your plan, additional charges follow the per-request rates listed in the comparison table.
Starter does not include a monthly quota for Rates, Tracking, and Maps API, so usage is charged from the first request. Grow and Scale include monthly API quotas; usage beyond those quotas is charged per request at the rates shown in the comparison table. Biteship Plus includes unlimited API quota.
The subscription fee does not include shipping charges, which follow the rates of the courier or service you use. Depending on your needs and usage, additional costs may also come from Add-Ons or API usage beyond your plan's included quota.
Yes. The yearly Grow and Scale plans offer more savings compared to paying monthly.
